What are the Fresha Awards?

The Fresha Awards are our yearly celebration of excellence, recognising the top-performing businesses across the platform. Based on client feedback and booking performance throughout the year, the awards are designed to help clients discover the most trusted, and high-quality services in their area.

And for us at Fresha, it’s a moment to say thank you to the partners who go above and beyond for their clients every day. 

Best in Class vs. Highly Recommended

Our awards have two tiers, each representing a mark of quality:

• Best in Class: This is the top-tier award, recognising venues that consistently deliver exceptional service and experience. These businesses are the gold standard on Fresha.
   
• Highly Recommended: A significant achievement in its own right, this tier recognises businesses that maintain high standards and glowing reviews.

What’s new this year?

In 2025, the Fresha Awards have gone bigger than ever before. We’ve awarded winners across 11 countries, and for the first time, we’ve translated our award materials into four languages to make the celebration even more inclusive.

What’s in the Award Pack?

Our Fresha Awardees will receive:

• A printed awards certificate to proudly display in their venue.
   
• A double-sided window sticker featuring the award badge—so it’s visible from both inside and outside their store.
   
• A "Book With Us Online" sticker with a QR code that links directly to their Fresha profile, making it even easier for clients to book on the spot.
   

Please note, if you received a "Book With Us Online" sticker in 2024, it’s still valid – so you won’t receive a new one this year.

How to Celebrate Your Win

Winning is a big deal – so let your community know! Here’s how to get the most out of your award:

1. Use our social media assets: We’ve created some templates to help you share the news in style.
2. Snap a photo of your award pack: Show off your certificate and window sticker, and let your clients know what this award means. Be sure to use #FreshaAwards and tag us @Fresha, so we can show you some love.
3. Display your sticker with pride: Stick it in your front window so walk-ins and passers-by see that you’re an award-winning business.
4. Send a blast campaign: Let your clients know how much you value them and remind them they are booking with a Fresha-awarded partner.
