I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I had a lovely appointment with Vicky who was very friendly and down-to-earth, which put me at ease right away. Have never had Reflexology before and wasn't sure how I would find it, but it was incredible relaxing and my feet felt like they were finally getting some relief. I will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Michelle for years and today was the first time in her new space. What can I say... WOW. The waiting area was absolutely stunning, as was the treatment room itself. I had the blissful back ritual and mum had a hand reflexology ritual and both of us came out feeling the most relaxed we have in a long time. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!
