I love it that I can book a 1hr appt and just give Karen an idea on what areas I would like worked on, and let Karen decide how best to treat me. We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Krissy is an incredibly kind and compassionate person and the care I have received with her has been amazing. She has such a wealth of knowledge and skill and truly cares about her clients health and wellbeing. This is the first time I’ve had reflexology and I don’t think I’ve experienced something quite so relaxing before! On top of that, I have already had some positive changes! Krissy truly goes the extra mile for her clients which can be something that’s hard to find. I can’t sing her praises enough :)

I had my first session of duopody reflexology and my feet feel incredible. Krissy helped me feel very safe and comfortable in her calming space and the reflexology has removed a lot of tension in my feet that I didn’t know I was carrying. I’d chosen to try reflexology to help with my long term stress/ anxiety and panic and I left feeling relaxed and my feet feeling soft and grounded. Will definately be returning. Thank you Krissy!

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. I’ll definitely be making this a regular ritual!

Michelle is such a kind and lovely person. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Her home therapy room is beautifully designed and tranquil. I had never had reflexology before and I am totally hooked on it. I can’t recommend it enough. I started getting reflexology through my pregnancy but I will definitely continue to visit Michelle after the arrival of my little one. Can’t wait to enjoy many more treatments 💕

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I had my first reflexology appointment with Krissy at Heeling Palms Reflexology, and it was easily one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Krissy is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—she clearly knows her craft, and I could feel the positive effects of the session immediately. The space itself is beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting—like receiving a comforting hug after a long day. From start to finish, everything felt thoughtful and calming. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

My facial and reflexology with Nicola was absolutely amazing. I was having a very stressful time and had worked last minute and it was great that on the day she had the time to also add on some reflexology. It was very relaxing and she is exceptionally professional and really knows her treatments. I will definitely be going back as soon as finances allow. It really took a weight off my soul and I have felt much brighter in the days following my treatment. I would highly recommend the establishment the staff and especially Nicola to anyone. There is also a little café nook there x
