This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

My sport massage and foot reflexology with Piera was very good. She worked so hard on all the knots in my back - I appreciate! 😄The foot reflexology was super relaxing after all that hard massaging. The salon is so lovely and very professional. 🤩

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. We had a truly wonderful experience at Glowistry! The decor is absolutely lovely and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment you step inside. Good experience , we all enjoyed our massages. The only downfall is that they were a bit unprepared so we had to wait for a bit while they organised the rooms and during the massages , they kept opening the doors which was not relaxing . Would also recommend getting heaters in the therapy rooms . Otherwise , enjoyed it .
