We had an amazing experience at Snip Snap, which was our first time and we will definitely be back! Stacy was super patient, warm and kind while helping our daughter with her hair, especially when it came to detangling. Stacy was as gentle as possible and got the job done brilliantly. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn
