I've had many massages in Bali, but I tried Blue Cave after reading the excellent reviews online. I have never had such an amazing massage experience! I will now ONLY got to Blue Cave Spa. It is beyond AMAZING. Laying down for a foot massage, while another person does my facial, hand masssage, head massage and face massage, it was an out of body experince and something I will never ever forget. The massage is not done in chairs at the front of the shop, its in private rooms, low lights + relaxing music, with the most respectful staff who know exactly what to do. BEST massage in Bali! I cried!

Nissrine is truly an expert in lymphatic drainage — and I mean a real expert. She has proper technique, correct pressure on the lymph nodes, and clearly knows her pathologies, including conditions like lipedema. This is not the gentle "stroking" you often get elsewhere (looking at you, Bali 😅). She is, without a doubt, the only specialist of her kind in Canggu for me. Highly recommend if you're looking for therapeutic results, not just relaxation.

Everything was perfect, from the initial incense cleansing, the hot compresses, to the hot Jamu. I took the intuitive massage. The pressure was spot on, and though a little disconcerting at times (guess my physiology expects Balinese massage steps by now!) I did feel the therapist listened to my body pretty well. The only thing I would love to see improved is the scent of the oil was too weak to be enjoyed. Kudos also for the music: chanting and meditation music well beyond the usual “Bali chimes” makes for deeper letting go. I will be back :)

Really fantastic experience! The massage was by far the best I've had during my time in Bali—even surpassing the one at our 5-star hotel. The attention to detail on my nails was next-level, easily beating the quality of standard salons back home in Australia. We loved staying at Ubud Aura which is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff is so friendly and attentive. They have great breakfast options. The room was spacious and clean. We got good hot showers and a quiet night with lots of rest. The massages were wonderful, Sanur and Ayu were fantastic! We definitely recommend you stay here and we will definitely do so if we come back to Bali.

I found this place by recommendation of my family who had been to Bali. They were very impressive, and even they still remember their massages to this day. There's nothing more I can say, I highly recommend this place if you have any problems with your body. My back pain has gotten much better.
