Everything was perfect, from the initial incense cleansing, the hot compresses, to the hot Jamu. I took the intuitive massage. The pressure was spot on, and though a little disconcerting at times (guess my physiology expects Balinese massage steps by now!) I did feel the therapist listened to my body pretty well. The only thing I would love to see improved is the scent of the oil was too weak to be enjoyed. Kudos also for the music: chanting and meditation music well beyond the usual “Bali chimes” makes for deeper letting go. I will be back :)

The staff member, Ms. Dama, was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! It was actually my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was quite nervous at first, but she really helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience much more comfortable. If I visit Bali again, I’ll definitely come back here! Thank you so much, Ms. Dama! ❤️

We visited KOYA Spa a total of seven times as a family of three, both in Seminyak and Canggu. The truth is, at many spas the quality depends a lot on which therapist you get. At KOYA, while some therapists are exceptional, every therapist we had was consistently above a high standard. We’ve spent two months traveling around Bali and had massages almost every day, so we’ve experienced many of the island’s spas. Based on that experience, I can honestly say that KOYA is the best spa in Bali. If you’re looking for consistently excellent massage therapists, I highly recommend KOYA Spa.

The Japanese head spa was amazing so far the best beauty/ massage service I’ve had in Bali and as a hairdresser myself it’s good to see they use good products here. Would highly recommend, it was super relaxing and my hair felt great afterwards!

Wir hatten 4 unterschiedliche Massagen und jede war super! Die Chefin und das Personal sind extrem freundlich und die Location ist super gepflegt. I am very pretentious when it comes to massages. Sri is indeed an excellent therapist, with nice, slow, controlled movements, maintaining the same pressure throughout. Excellent, thank you Sri🙏 One tip I would add to the salon is also to carry a high-quality oil ( the oils are very diluted and watery which sometimes can feel cold on the body, a high-quality oil is warming and feels so silky on the skin.
