It’s my third time to Flow beauty lab this week while staying in Bali. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible 75 minute massage and feel the best we have felt in ages. Service was so good I went twice. First time as walk-in with my friend, they could only accommodate one service, so I scheduled for others a few days later. I also requested a massage add on same day which they could add. I received a mani/pedi, head &neck massage, hair wash and trim. All clinicians were excellent. Thank you to my hair stylist who provided holistic Balinese recommendations for my neck pain :)

The Rustic Sun in Berawa is top tier. The service is amazing, the lattes are strong, the ambience is relaxing, and the music is a whole vibe. I went in for a pedicure and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. I 1000% recommend this spa to anyone visiting Bali, you won’t regret it. 💛

Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

My first time getting wax in Bali. Wayan totally great at what she doing, I know how hurt waxing can be, but she was so professional. Also, the receptionist and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will come back.

I had the silver package with Yuli. The facial was amazing, resulting in glowing skin. The Balinese massage was relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing after the body scrub. The whole experience at Khono was wonderful.
