I had an incredible experience! I have uneven eyes, and Katelyn was able to beautifully balance them. She took into account my personal preferences and recommended brown lashes with a C & LC curl to better suit my features. She carefully mapped everything out, walked me through each step, and took her time to meticulously create a lash look that truly compliments my eyes. The final result was so beautiful and everything I wanted! Katelyn's professionalism, experience, and talent make her an exceptional lash tech. Absolutely obsessed with my lashes! Nastasia is incredibly talented and transformed my tiny, sparse natural lashes into gorgeous full glam volume while keeping them lightweight and comfortable. I switched to LED lashes due to sensitivity and for better retention, and I’m so happy I did. She’s knowledgeable, meticulous and truly an expert at what she does. I also love the thoughtful aftercare package — such a lovely touch! If you have sensitive eyes or sparse lashes, I highly recommend Nastasia. She’s a lash magician! 💕✨

Nana is hands down one of the best lash technicians I've ever been to. She's incredibly skilled, and it shows in the results. My lashes always come out looking exactly the way I want, and they last noticeably longer than with anyone else I've tried. On top of her talent, she's just lovely to spend time with. We always end up chatting throughout the appointment, and honestly the time flies. I can't recommend her enough.

I had an amazing experience with Nastasia! I got volume lash extensions and a brow lamination, and I absolutely love the results. My lashes look full, soft, and beautifully styled, and my brows have the perfect shape. Nastasia was gentle, professional, and paid great attention to every detail. The studio is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and the location is super convenient right in the heart of Yaletown. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

Suki is always so wonderful. She often accomodates my schedule and she always take so good care of me and my lashes. I went on vacation and the lashes retained so well despite the strong winds, the water slides, the hail, the crazy sleeping positions from travelling from place to another. Suki knows her craft well, so this is the place to go for lash extensions and waxing!!

I got my lashes done at YNL Lash Extension with Yoyo, and it was such a great first experience! Since it was my first time, I went with a classic set. Yoyo took the time to ask about my lifestyle, including whether I wear glasses or contacts, to make sure the length would be comfortable for me. The whole appointment felt very professional and comfortable, and I love how my lashes turned out. I’d definitely recommend Yoyo if you’re looking for natural, beautiful lashes!

Joy went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the final result. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly appreciated.
