I got the Yumi lash lift + tint treatment with Kim and it was fantastic. She's super friendly & works quickly. I enjoyed chatting with her, it made the time go by so fast! It's been a week since I got them done and I'm loving it so far. I've always loved lash extensions but hated not being able to touch my eyes so this is perfect for someone who's looking for nice curled natural looking lashes.

Ray is an amazing skin care professional. She’s very knowledgeable, attends to client’s personal needs, accommodates schedule and truly cares about clients. I want to thank Anastasiia for her amazing work! I got a Half Set and asked for a very natural look, as I personally don’t like overly dramatic lashes. Anastasiia listened to me carefully and truly understood what I wanted. She is a wonderful lash artist who really takes the time to hear your preferences. Being a blonde, I didn’t want anything too heavy or intense — just something soft and subtle — and the result is absolutely perfect. I’m really grateful and would sincerely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and attentive lash technician.

It was my first time at Muse and it was a great experience! It started with coffee and a tray of snacks while William discussed various colour options. For my cut, he considered my headshape and preferences. The washing station itself was very comfortable and it was difficult to leave it after the amazing head massage!
