My first sports massage so I didn't know what to expect, Beth was friendly and engaging. The massage was deep and not for the faint hearted but my back and neck already feel the benefit.definately recommend.

Great as usual Erika is well experienced in dealing with people with pains . She makes you feel so relaxed and is a lovely person who likes to have a laugh. I really enjoyed my time with her and feel so much better after my deep tissue Massage .. Will be returning asap

Erika is very professional and knowledgable at her massages . I was bought a gift voucher by my son who rates her highly and goes regularly to her as he suffers with shoulder and back pain so thought it would do my issues good also which it did she is a miracle worker and a lovely friendly person . Highly recommended .

I went to see Beth for an appointment today and it was a great experience. Beth was so lovely and personable, she’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything she’s going to do before she does it. She made me feel really comfortable and was extremely helpful with a follow up plan for my training. I’ll definitely be back for a follow up appointment.

Best physio appointment I’ve ever had! Beth is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. She’s the first physiotherapist who has actually pinpointed the root cause of my back issues. After struggling with lower back pain for the past two years, which led to recurring calf injuries and stopped me from playing competitive netball, I finally feel like I’m making real progress.
