Wonderful massage and cupping. I had muscle soreness due to lifting too many boxes of books and Julia definitely soothed this. I also have some chronic pain due to arthritis and am sure the cupping helped with that too.

I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.
