Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. Koji did an amazing job treating my long-term wrist injury. He thoroughly massaged the entire area surrounding the problem, and the intense treatment significantly loosened the lump on my wrist. What was once hard, painful, and restrictive now feels noticeably softer, less painful and more flexible. I highly recommend him!

I had my first deep tissue/remedial massage with Koji Hotta last week and straight away I could tell he is a true master of his art. I have multiple issues that need addressing and he was very thorough, explaining things as we went. We still have a lot of work to do but after our session I could feel enhanced mobility and a reduction in some of my pain. I will be seeing him regularly as he has given me hope!
