Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

chitose is really strong and she knows exactly the right spots / trigger points on my body. her techniques are also really great and very unique because you can tell it is not swedish, thai, or chinese style. palms healing is probably the best massage place in sydney! will definitely come back for more treatments/massage. arigato gozaimasu palms healing and chitose san!
