Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

Koji at Palms healing is one of the best massage professionals I have ever been treated by. Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. If you are reading this review, book in immediately! They are highly knowledgeable, respectful and skilled in what they do. I just had a deep tissue massage with Ryo and will never go anywhere else again. I walked in hunched with frozen shoulders and walked out floating on a cloud with excellent posture. Relaxing and clean environment too.

However, the experience was affected by the noise from the adjacent room, where another therapist was engaged in an extended conversation with his client. Absolutely incredible experience. Ryo took the time to talk through where I was experiencing pain and was so lovely, I was immediately comfortable as soon as I walked in. The massage was extremely relaxing as he worked through all the problem areas then I enjoyed a yummy cup of chamomile tea.

The remedial massage was very professional and extremely effective, Mr Ryo has really helped me with my issues. Highly recommended for a sports/deep tissue massage. I’m impressed with the very high standards and will be back! Update: I’ve been back and can recommend the services even more!

chitose is really strong and she knows exactly the right spots / trigger points on my body. her techniques are also really great and very unique because you can tell it is not swedish, thai, or chinese style. palms healing is probably the best massage place in sydney! will definitely come back for more treatments/massage. arigato gozaimasu palms healing and chitose san!

I had a great session with Koji. I needed help with my back and shoulder tightness. Koji knew his way around. The massage was tough but I felt much more flexible and comfortable afterwards. Will be returning.
