Incredible experience with Haena. She was very thorough with the skin consultation and analysis, and tailored the treatment to my unique needs, without pushing for any extra products or treatments. I only wish I took photos of my skin results as a reference to keep! The actual experience was amazing and relaxing, Haena was very gentle throughout and explained the process well. I learnt a lot about my own skin from one appointment, and my skin is already looking and feeling better than it has in ages. A trustworthy place that I will be back at.

After having a consultation with Montana, I went ahead with a Pico Laser treatment with Ally to address some pigmentation. Ally was very knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. She explained the treatment clearly and did a great job. I was late for my appointment due to getting lost and I was expecting to be told that I would need to reschedule but Suhee still took me. Initially I was booked in for a different service but after having my consultation, Suhee wass very honest and explained that the area I really had a problem with would not benefit. She explained other options in great detail and we decided to do a completely different service. I am so glad that I booked here as I found Suhee to be very knowledgeable and honest. I am looking forward to my next treatment.
