First time meeting with Tracey, on 16th instant, behind having had increasingly heavily swollen ankles & legs over the past 2-3 years for which the NHS can only offer Furosemide (in increasing doses!!!). Both I and my husband found Tracey to be very professional & very thorough. After all the usual health checks, she carefully explained what she was about to do and why! Usually Tracey provides me with regular maintenance massage therapy, however recently I had a back pain incident for which I required a little more specialised care. Tracey safely released the painful areas and within three sessions, plus a little work on my part, I was able to get back to low level training at the gym. I felt very glad to have her on call when I needed and this is the fastest return to activity after such an incident that I've experienced.

Tracey is friendly, approachable and extremely knowledge in her field of expertise. She identified the cause of my pain within minutes of meeting her, and carried out massage and manipulation to aid recovery. Exercises were also provided to assist with stretching the affected muscles.

Lizzys pressure and knowledge made for a Phenomenal massage. Every single touch had a purpose. She has such a calm and relaxing space. I went for the 90mins extend back massage and I can't recommend it enough. I feel so light, stress and tension has melted away!

Tracey is exceptional at what she does. Her depth of knowledge, advice and targeted massage was brilliant. The lymphatic drainage and massage has made a huge difference in both the feel and look of my new breast. This is the second reconstruction surgery I've had following my breast cancer treatment and I only wish I had went to her years ago!

I had a great experience. Booked a same day appt for a neck/shoulder and back massage after struggling with pain/discomfort for the last few months. I had a lovely relaxing massage and today my pain/discomfort has significantly eased. Claire made sure the experience was very relaxing and after a chat tailored the session to my needs.
