This my third visit to Rio after recently moving to the area and looking for a new waxing technician. I’ve loved my appointments so far, Rio always make the room feel very relaxing as well ensuring you are comfortable before starting. She ensures she understands what exactly you are looking for and talks through her plan for the session and why she is doing it that way. She is meticulous with her work and ensures there is no stray hairs as well as tailoring the session to your needs. She provides after care advice which is always practical & useful.
