Had to rearrange my hair appointment because Chloe had Covid but an appt for the next day was organised quickly and efficiently and the cut was done very well by Rachel - I’ve had my hair done by both these lovely girls over the past couple of years and the experience is always good with friendly conversation and a real attempt to please. My haircut today was exactly what asked for delivered in friendly, comfortable and easy going surroundings. What more could you want?... Thanks Identity

Jacquelyn was so sweet and friendly, along with making me feel super relaxed and comfortable, she really took her time on my hair and did everything perfectly. I thought I’d treat myself to a scalp treatment for my birthday and it was SO nice, relaxing and my hair feels brand new, and I love how she’s styled it aswell!!💗 thanks so much again I will definitely be back xx

Had such a lovely morning enjoying treatments with Jemma and Tara. Very calming atmosphere as soon as you walk in, thoroughly enjoyed my pampering and loved the pedi massage chair! Got a peek in the couples/twin treatment room which looks stunning will definitely be back to try it out - have already messaged my friends to organise a spa day here. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
