We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. It wasn’t our first visit, this was actually our third time booking with the Mansion Spa, and it just keeps getting better. Our treatments were with Debbie and Valentina, and they were both fantastic. I had the relaxing massage while my friend opted for a deep tissue massage, and we were both incredibly impressed. By the end, we felt so relaxed we genuinely didn’t want to leave. A perfect experience from start to finish… 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back again.

Meri was excellent at giving a face massage and deep tissue massage to my back and shoulders. Every knott was worked out and I felt as though my neck and head had been removed from my body by the time she'd finished I was that relaxed. I'd highly recommend having these treatments, or any of them done by Meri. Very professional and well worth the money.

I usually have a deep tissue massage but yesterday was in too much pain so opted for a relaxing massage. - I fell asleep as soon as I got home for a solid 2 hours and slept like a log all night. I won’t go anywhere else for a massage !

The hot stone massage was amazing. Fern is so good at her technique. It was just what I needed after a really tiring holiday. She managed to use the stones and her hands on massage very well. This was the second time I booked through her. I have tried deep tissue massage as well. Needless to say that was amazing as well. She managed to get all the knots and tension points released with adequate amount of pressure and with a very reassuring method of tapping (this is my personal favourite) which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her.

I do a lot os workouts cardio, lifting weights ,running and wanted to experience a deep tissue massage was a bit scared that it would be one hour full of pain but I was pleasantly surprised . It had to be a bit painful (on the arwas that nedded) but was so relaxing it was really amazing. Arrived full of stress and with very tight calfs and left feeling that just had mixture of sport massage and a really an amazing relaxing massage .Will be back for sure.

It was absolutely a fantastic massage we had today. Me and my partner went for Thai/deep tissue massage with hot oil. It met our expectations and will definitely book again. Thanks to our masseuse Vila and Nina who were so adept to hit those spots and knots. Would highly recommend this place for a traditional Thai massage.

Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.

Nian was lovely, so professional, and did a fabulous gel set. Pretty salon, extremely clean and I appreciated the option to have my own kit of supplies. Love this salon and wish I lived closer to visit often, looking forward to my next trip to Birmingham!
