The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I love coming to see Lewis every 5 weeks or so, he really sorts me out each time. What's fantastic is that I can have whatever is needed, and this sometimes involves some traction stretches, dry needling and massage all in one session.
