I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

I suffer with chronic pain, which leaves me pretty debilitated on most days. One of the only things that helps me, is Michelle’s magical massages and reiki! When I reached out to get a treatment booked in Michelle was beyond accommodating, and honestly poured so much positive energy and care into me during my treatment of a head, face and shoulder massage, I honestly felt so much better!! Issac was great. Very professional and informative. I've had lower back pain for a year. Seen physios about it, who have given me exercises to do but haven’t solved the issue. On some occasions, made it worse Only had a 30 minute massage session but he worked wonders in that short period of time. Most relief I’ve felt from the issue in a long time. Will definitely be going back

Great shockwave session. This is my 3rd session with dan… and I can honestly say… my shoulder is 90% healed. Im so happy I chose to have this therapy and give it a chance 😁 as my shoulder was causing me significant pain&distress and I would still be experiencing this extremely uncomfortable situation. It’s an amazing piece of technology…. and I highly recommend. Dan has alot of knowledge on the human skeletal system and muscular system… and he is always happy to share this with you. 😁

Absolutely brilliant experience! From the moment I arrived, the practitioner was warm, professional and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic is spotlessly clean, modern and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. My practitioner was incredibly skilled, gentle and explained everything clearly. Another amazing massage. Tension had built up in my muscles because it had been a bit longer than I’d wanted it to be since my last massage, so it was great to feel the relief again finally. Lilly did a great job and I will definitely take up her recommendation for more regular visits otherwise the tension will only worsen.

Dylan is very personable and friendly. He had treated my wife’s shoulder injury over a few sessions and worked absolute magic with that so I thought I’d get an ‘MOT’ myself. Dylan was thorough, patient, and clearly knows his business. His judgement of tolerance and pain thresholds is very intuitive and nothing felt rushed or over-worked. I will be using Dylan again, of that there is no doubt. I’d highly recommend him to anyone but specifically to someone who might be carrying a strain or injury - as I mentioned the results my wife has had from her shoulder injury is amazing. Thanks mate.

Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment.
