Oh my God, wowser nail fairy literally understands my brain completely! This time I didn’t even have pictures for inpso I just had an image in my brain and said what I wanted and she created such magic. I had an a wax with Jess today, she was fantastic & really lovely as well. Also, I have been in contact with Jemma as a sudden family emergency happened & had to cancel at the last minute & rearrange twice. She was incredibly patient & understanding, I had paid 2 deposits on for the cancelled bookings and would never of expected to have a refund for them as I had let them down. However, when I finally came in for my waxing, Jemma discounted my bill by £9.60, deducted both deposits! That was incrediblely kind. Thanks Jemma & Jess, definitely now my new regular salon. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend her enough! 🥹💗 She did my nails and they are absolutely spectacular — I’m genuinely obsessed with them! The attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell how much love and effort she puts into her work.
