The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Absolutely obsessed with my nails! The nail art is next level – so detailed, creative, and beautifully done. You can tell how much skill and passion goes into every set. The new salon is stunning too: clean, welcoming, and such a lovely space to relax in. From start to finish the experience was amazing, and my nails always last so well. I had such a great time at this nail salon! Alis was super friendly and really attentive to what I wanted. She used high-quality products and paid close attention to detail. The whole place felt clean and comfortable, which made the experience even better. My nails turned out beautiful, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I've been wearing press-ons for 5 years and my nails are super weak, brittle, and flakey. It was time to invest in proper nail care and get them naturally strong and long again! I had my first appointment with Lynds this morning and it was fab - Lynds talked through my nail health and goals and recommended builder get over Xtensions to be kindest to my nails. Good chat and banter too! Returning in 3 weeks for infills!

I’ve been going to Sarah for almost 12 years and she is, hands down, the best! I tried multiple different nail/beauty places whilst she was on maternity leave and gave up as none of them were as good. With Sarah, my nails last forever. I get them done every 3 weeks but they would last so much longer if I could deal with the growth. She uses hot wax so is much less painful than other places I have been to. Her attention to detail is amazing, she genuinely cares about the health of your nails/lashes/skin and she is incredible at nail art!
