She does her work with ease and perfection and pays attention to producing my nails how I like them, concentrating on doing her work carefully. I enjoy going to the salon and seeing Anita. Amazing experience with Terri today. Finally plucked up the courage to have my Helix pierced and I wish I had found this studio earlier! Terri made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I am scared of needles so she kindly ensured that I didn't see anything when I went into the studio and she talked me through everything she was going to do so I knew what was happening and when. I came in today to get my hair and my nails done, after finishing the decorating (I managed to make a bit of a mess of my nails and my hair was NEEDING to be done). I was supposed to see Kat at 12pm but I left early and Amy rang so I hurriedly got there and as per usual the whole process was fantastic Amy did my hair and Ruby did my nails….

I was very nervous to begin with but the lady who did my piercings was very reassuring and understanding. She was very patient and was able to run through the entire procedure before beginning. The end result was amazing, and the run through of the aftercare made me fully aware of what i needed to do to keep my piercing clean. Such a great place, friendly people and great care. THANK YOU!

Having arrived a couple of minutes late I was very surprised to find I was absolutely fine for my appointment. After a little bit of conflab over design I finally settled on 'mail-box red' with a nice small gold glitter effect graduating up my nails from the finger. Iam wholeheartedly recommending simply Beautiful for both hair and beauty peocedures..
