I just had the most amazing massage by Kimberley - actually, it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a full body Swedish massage given with such care and consideration to the parts of my body that I needed extra help with. I've come home feeling so much better and so relaxed. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone! And I will. The Venue is a stunning place - spotlessly clean and welcoming. Sasha gave me the most warm and friendly welcome, what a wonderful start :) I will be booking in again soon, not just for a massage, either. I need to go through the whole treatment menu! I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Laura took great care of my feet today. It was the first time that I was seen by Laura at The Venue, Westbourne. She's a very personable, knowledgeable and efficient young woman. I do a lot of walking and my feet needed some serious attention, which Laura gave so diligently. The salon was clean and welcoming.

Thank you Kelly for spoiling me today with a winter warmer massage and an added on scalp massage it was absolute bliss… looking forward to next time already … 💖

All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Treatments are brilliant. I've had microblading, pedicure, facial and massage and all been fab. Staff very professional.

I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft! Beth is very friendly and her calming nature put me at ease straight away. I shall definitely return for other treatments!
