I had intimate hollywood waxing with jo and there was next to no pain, she was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease and was over and done in very good time. Will definatley book again. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

Maria was so kind and friendly, explained what was to be carried out before the appointment, we discussed my skin concerns and she provided some advice. Maria’s back, neck and shoulder massage was very relaxing and helped ease some tension in these areas. The environment was very tranquil and helped me to feel completely relaxed and at ease, would definitely recommend visiting!

I haven’t had lip filler for about 8 years and this is due to the fact that I remember it was painful, however I bit the bullet and booked in with Sarah and she was fantastic took her time explained everything and above all else made sure I was comfortable and the results are just what I wanted. I also had cheek filler and again I was comfortable and the results make me look so much younger my face is so lifted. I’m so impressed with the results!! I have been going to Sarah for years for her amazing facials and continue to go back but now I also know where il be going for my filler in future!!

Wow.. what can I say! What a totally amazing experience this was! My first hot stone massage and I will definitely being going back regularly. I didn't realise how much stress my body had been holding on to. jaew was totally amazing.. so knowledgeable and recognised all my issues. She gave me so much good advice on how to look after my body. I can't recommend her enough.. I came away feeling rejuvenated and looking forward to going back.
