I had an a wax with Jess today, she was fantastic & really lovely as well. Also, I have been in contact with Jemma as a sudden family emergency happened & had to cancel at the last minute & rearrange twice. She was incredibly patient & understanding, I had paid 2 deposits on for the cancelled bookings and would never of expected to have a refund for them as I had let them down. However, when I finally came in for my waxing, Jemma discounted my bill by £9.60, deducted both deposits! That was incrediblely kind. Thanks Jemma & Jess, definitely now my new regular salon. I can't recommend this salon enough! I've been coming here for a long time for everything from nails and waxing to skincare treatments, and every visit is amazing. Today I had the soothing HydraFacial, and my skin feels so much clearer, smoother and calmer—it genuinely feels refreshed. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing too. The facial, along with the head, arm and hand massages, was absolute bliss. I left feeling completely pampered, relaxed and glowing. I can't wait for my next visit!
