I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. Sarah has made my skin glow which has given me a sprinkling of self confidence. My skin now looks so clean and bright. I had a firming serum on my forehead which I can feel is tighter. I had Botox today at Freeda Clinic in Westbourne with Michele and honestly, what a lovely experience. Michele is just a dream — so soft, calming, gentle and honest. She immediately made me feel at ease and whisked away every insecurity with kindness and reassurance. There was absolutely no pressure or overselling, just gentle guidance about what my journey could look like over time. Had my lips done by Rai today and wow… what a beautiful experience! 10/10 so delicate and gentle and they look incredible!- I came in with my “m” shaped lips and she evened them out which has helped my insecurity and now I feel so much more confident!
