I went to Sian at Align Therapy in Swansea after 2–3 months of shoulder pain, worried I’d damaged my rotator cuff. Thankfully, it turned out to be muscle tension, and after just one treatment I felt so much better! Sian is professional, kind, and so easy to talk to — I only wish I’d gone sooner instead of waiting months. After three treatments I feel as good as new, and I even tried acupuncture today which was a really lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Since the first appt Gareth has been great and since during our follow up appt’s. My teenage son is receiving treatment for an ongoing knee injury. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Very good. Sam took a lot of trouble to listen to my symptoms and medical history before making a diagnosis. The massage and acupuncture definitely helped, though more will be required for fuller release from pain.
