I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. My first sports massage! Charlotte was great, knowledgeable, friendly and totally put me at ease... Will be back

Having suffered a lower back injury for almost 2 weeks I attended and was lucky enough to have a cancellation then and there. The 45 minute treatment was excellent with my abdomen being stretced along with deep treatment massage, and pinpointing the area concerned along with other affected areas. Pre treatment exercises were also provided which has all helped to alleviate the area concerned. I only wish I had attended earlier.

Simon is an absolute miracle worker! With his many years of experience and his ability to combine various treatments including massage and acupuncture, osteopathy, mobilisation, physiotherapy and more. Whatever my issue might be, I can guarantee that, after an appointment with Simon, it is significantly better. I would not hesitate in recommending him wholeheartedly!

I was lucky enough to experience a bespoke facial with Polly today. It was an absolute joy from start to finish. Polly made me feel very welcome and her room set up was so cosy and relaxing. The actual treatment was magic. A blend of more traditional facial processes and deep massage. I felt thoroughly relaxed and pampered and my skin looks incredible. Thank you Polly, I will definitely be back.

Very good. Sam took a lot of trouble to listen to my symptoms and medical history before making a diagnosis. The massage and acupuncture definitely helped, though more will be required for fuller release from pain.
