I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

The massage was more than great, absolutely phenomenal honestly, not once did I have to say by there hurts where I have had to before with other people, I went in with so much pressure in my body and I come out feeling 6 stone lighter , will be returning soon xx

Oh absolutely fantastic feeling and holding a lot of tension due to physical and mental pressure. Again Sara reads just what is required. A new experience different position of massage and we had a good, long chat which I needed today albeit normally we are quiet through the process. Again Sara’s exceptional way of reading her clients.
