I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I saw the lovely young girl (wish I knew her name) at the new Dolly Rocks in Gorseinon for a brow lamination and she was absolutely amazing, SO lovely and friendly and welcoming! I love my brows now I can’t stop looking at them in every shiny surface! I will definitely be back :) it’s so nice to be welcomed and feel so comfortable!

I was booked in for a manicure and facial with Michelle. She was very friendly and competent. They have a lot of repeat clients and I can see why! Will be back for more pampering soon, because I'm worth it! Highly recommended

Had my hair and make up done today for a wedding (wedding guest) and i am so so pleased! In all honesty, I booked because there was space on the day I wanted and I could book online, however I definitely got lucky in deciding to book. The atmosphere was friendly and chilled, our hair stylist worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. I will absolutely be going back here :)

Hannah and the team made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The relaxation room is gorgeous, the perfect place to chill pre/post treatment. The treatments we had were luxurious, we were in expert hands! I booked holistic heaven - back massage, Indian head massage and reflexology... It was amazing, highly recommend!! :)

Oksana is a wonderful hairdresser, wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Swansea area.

I had such a great time getting my pedicure done by this lovely young lady called Liby. She was super fun to chat with. She was really sweet and warm. Definitely coming back again, especially for her and the kind of treatment she gives! ♥️

I feel like I have had a proper pamper session. Whilst having a pedicure I sat in a chair that massages your back. I dozed off as was so relaxed having lvl and brow lamination. Value for money and really happy with the treatments done by abbie.

The Brow Studio is really a hidden gem in Swansea. Jade is THE brow shaping artist, she’s excellent at doing her job that I’m definitely not having my eyebrows done by anyone else. She’s also very honest; when I asked to have my brows tinted Jade advised me not to because I already have thick dark brows, even though that meant less money for her, however everywhere else I’ve been to they push towards having a tint regardless whether we need it or not! I’ve become a regular at the brow studio, I’m also having facial next week, the first time with Jade and definitely another fabulous experience

Libby is a very polite, friendly girl it was a pleasure chatting to her while she was waxing and tinting my eyebrows and I'm pleased with the result.

Excellent, my hair type, style and expectations were discussed prior to washing, my hair was blow dried in loose curls as I wanted. I just had a trim this time, want to keep my hair longer for a holiday, but will go back for a winter restyle in October.
