I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Lowri was very professional. She helped my son Iago relax, as this was his first time having a sports massage. She communicated clearly, explaining why and what she was doing. She also gave clear advice on how to exercise, eat and drink to aid recovery. Diolch yn fawr Lowri

Oh absolutely fantastic feeling and holding a lot of tension due to physical and mental pressure. Again Sara reads just what is required.
