I received my therapy which was a sports massage from Lauren at Align Therapies and prior to my visit my lower back certainly was not in a good place but only after a 30minute therapy ,i can honestly say my lower back is much better .I certainly fully recommend this service and would definitely recommend in future to all i inow Thank you very much .

Nicola is amazing. I used the Sauna today and then had a massage. Always helps me to feel so much better, physically and mentally. She gives lots of advise. Cannot recommend her enough -)

Sara made me feel comfortable and relaxed while discussing weaknesses/injuries and clearly has extensive experience in sports massage. She worked on weaker muscles and gave advice on how to move forward.
