I have had a number of massages from Ashleigh now and , each time, I am so impressed. She is really knowledgeable and her expertise is very clear ... she is also absolutely lovely - it is always so nice to see her. Over different types of massages that I have had with Ashleigh , she has undone various knots, eased aches, eased stress, reduced bloatedness/water retention. Henry asked questions before and whilst doing the massage. The treatment was very good and I'm feeling much more relaxed now. He also reminded me to drink water after as it helps the body to recover. He is a very nice confident person who I will be using again and would recommend

I really enjoyed my full body massage. Henry is really good at using different levels of pressure. I have a lot of knots, which can be painful, but Henry adjusted the pressure in such a way that it was less painful but still worked on repairing the muscle. The pain in my lower back also improved lots after this sports massage. Thanks and I will definitely book a session again.
