This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

Ash is brilliant. She makes you feel at ease. I’m new to lymphatic drainage massages. I thought about it for months after a friend spoke about her treatment by Ash. I finally booked and had my first massage last month. And today was my second. Looking forward to the next one. It’s relaxing, soothing and I’m hoping to see some positive results. I’ve been seeing Niamh for regular massages for almost a year now, and the difference it has made in my life is incredible. The chronic shoulder pain I used to suffer from has nearly disappeared. While the knots in my shoulders haven’t completely gone, I no longer feel the same level of tension I once did. I always feel like I’m floating on a cloud when I leave — completely relaxed and recharged. Niamh clearly cares deeply about her work and the services she offers, and that passion really shines through in every session. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
