I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Jake was great made my 8 year old son feel settled he was very polite asking if he could put the cloak on him also making sure my son is used to the clippers very friendly kept my son at ease the whole time would totally recommend this stylist and hairdressers to anyone

If you’re looking for a hairstylist who doubles as a therapist, comedian, and barista—look no further! From the moment I sat in the chair, I knew I was in good hands. Not only did he make me feel completely comfortable, but he also knew exactly when to take breaks (because let’s be honest, sitting for hours is an extreme sport) Between sips of my perfectly made coffee and what I can only describe as a top-tier therapy session, I walked out not just with great hair, but with a lighter heart too. Highly recommend—10/10, would book another “hair & healing” session! And food recommendations lol

Staff are very welcoming. It was my first time having my hair done at a non-black salon and I was nervous at first, but was made to feel at ease straight away. Loved the results so much, will definitely come back again for my second keratin treatment.
