I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

Laura was absolutely amazing and as always my gel toes look perfect! I cannot fault any treatments I receive from her. Her beauty therapy and customer service are excellent! The only criticism from me is when I’m paying to be pampered, I want the environment to feel lovely and special and to smell lush. If I’m honest, the salon is looking a little scruffy and in need of some TLC.

I had an amazing experience getting my hair done by Rose, She really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and style. I walked out feeling so happy and confident with my new look. Took my 13 year old daughter in today for a complete style change. First haircut in a long time due to health conditions. She has Tourette’s, autism and was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year so this was a huge moment for her in trying to find herself again after dealing with a lot with her mental health. The stylist was amazing and made her feel at ease throughout, treating her with respect and letting her feel in control. Couldn’t have asked for more. Was lovely to see her smiling from ear to ear for the first time in a long time. If I could give more stars I would!
