I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

Ayane did my hair & I’m honestly so in love with my hair! The cut and color turned out even better than I imagined. She really paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. On top of that, she’s super friendly and made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend!
