Very friendly and gentle, knowledgeable piercer. I was nervous but Pip put me at ease. She managed to reopen lobe piercings that I hadn't had an earring in for 15 years! I also had a nose piercing which was not aa uncomfortable as I thought it would be. Lot of choice of jewellery. Very happy customer! Thank you Pip 😊

I've been here several times over the past couple of years, usually to change over piercings I couldn't undo. Recently, I've been having trouble with a nose piercing that wasn't healing right (not done at Angel Body; I think it would've been fine if it had been done here) and Natasha was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind throughout the process of dealing with it, and there have been definite improvements. If I'm ever considering another piercing, it's absolutely getting done here. The place is clean and the staff are wonderful.

I had my septum re-pierced today, and I am so happy!! The person working on reception was lovely and welcoming (sorry I didn’t catch their name), and Eliza who did my piercing was incredible. They listened and helped make sure my piercing was exactly what I wanted it to be, so friendly and knowledgable. I will never go anywhere else for my piercings, the team are incredible. Thank you!

Raven is truly the best. I went in wanting 2 piercings, one on each ear. She recommended I do one ear at a time. Boy am I glad I listened. I discharged get 2 piercings but in the same ear. I woke up today thankful that I only did 1 ear since I can't sleep how I want on the earrings I got pierced and the healing time is like 9 to 12 months. This is my second piercing with Raven. She fixed my septum piercing after the original piercer pierced it crooked. I'll only let Raven pierce me now.

Great experience with Dom for a nose piercing and a bunch of resizing and new jewellery. He was so helpful with letting me know which piercings needed downsizing and when the other would need it. He also advise the placement of the nose piercing based on wanting a nose ring in the future so it’ll be flat against the skin.

The staff at Distortion were amazing! Super personable and professional. I came in for a nose piercing. The appointment process was easy & the staff made me feel comfortable. I will be back to (hopefully) have my previously pierced belly button re- done. Thank you again!!!

I’ve been meaning to share my wonderful experience at Angel Body Jewellery and Piercing! The staff provide outstanding customer service—professional, hygienic, and always welcoming. When I got my septum pierced, they explained everything, making me feel safe and comfortable. Just yesterday, I lost a ball from my nose ring, and the service I received was perfect after a tough day at work. I left the store smiling! I won’t go anywhere else for my piercings and education. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing!! Ashton spent so much time and effort making sure my nose piercing was completely symmetrical and that my eyebrow was completely straight. I could tell how passionate he was in making sure the piercings were as perfect as possible, and they were! Absolutely brilliant as always, I'd never trust anyone else with my piercings ❤️❤️

The studio is immaculate! Absolutely love the cleanliness and vibe. The gentleman that greeted me and helped me choose the stud for nose piercing was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Paul, my piercer was amazing and so very kind. He was professional and friendly. The whole experience was quick and easy. I'm happy I decided to get a piercing here. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place for professional piercings.

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

Great experience from start to finish. Very simple to book, with handy reminders sent through. Connor was great - very friendly, knowledgeable/helpful and the environment was super clean (got a nose piercing). Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future piercings.

Today I had my nose pierced for the second time with Julie. She is the loveliest of ladies. She's quick and perfect with her piercings with very minimal pain time. She gives good clear instructions with after care and has lots of really pretty and cool jewellery pieces to choose from. I can honestly say, I won't go anywhere else to get a piercing. You know you're in the right hands with with Julie.

Excellent piercer, years of experience with piercings. My rook and tragus are quite close together we tried different solutions and now they are healing. Another local competitor butchered my septum and pierced so far up my nose that it affected my breathing. Again Rob came to the rescue and helped re-pierce a wonky piercing If you value your piercings and body modification done properly Studio 9 is the place to go. 😊😊

Tine was an absolute delight!!! I felt so comfortable the entire time and felt really understood and cared for. Dottie is just the best! After a few failed piercing attempts I now have a completely healed nose piercing and been back for my ears pierced today. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for any future piercings, if you are getting a piercing an looking for a professional, friendly environment definitely book at punctured zebra!
