Well, where do I start. This was my very 1st time, having my ears pierced with Empress Piercing, Bridgend. Due to illness of my original piercer, Tia, I had Tom from the Cwmbran studio come down to cover her. I was very nervous, having not had piercings done with a needle before, but I needn't have worried. Tom put me right at ease, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all questions throughout, he was so caring and such a laugh, the process was next to painless, with only a slight pinch as the needle went in. I loved the earrings, which Tom helped me pick, and can't thank Tom enough

Ricki was amazing. You can tell that he knows his stuff - despite having a deviated septum (I had no idea and it's my own nose) he still made my piercing look beautiful! Words I'd use to describe my experience; welcoming, professional, perfection! You have a customer for life!

Its been about 19 years since I had a piercing so I i was very picky with who I went with. I came across Empress Piercing Bridgend who have amazing reviews. Although I had decided on Empress Piercing being the place, I then had to decide who would be the right person to pierce my nose. After some research and reading amazing reviews, Tia had to be the one for me. Tia welcomed me into the shop with a smile and made me feel relaxed. She explained the process and advised me on where the best place was for the piercing. Before I knew it, my nose was pierced. Thank you, Tia, i appreciate you!

The team in Bridgend were absolutely amazing. I had such a friendly welcome as soon as I set foot through the door. Got my third lobes done today! I was weirdly nervous but Ricki put me at ease straight away. This was my third time getting pierced at Piercing Co. It is the best place I’ve ever been pierced, having gone to chains and small studios alike across Bridgend, Cardiff and Bristol. Ricki just knows what he’s doing and you can just see that he’s a master of his craft. I have full faith in him to do a great job every time, highly recommend, thanks Ricki!!

First time using Empress Piercing and I had such a positive experience. Felt totally relaxed and comfortable the moment I walked in. I had my daith on both ears pierced for migraine relief, Ben was so understanding and I felt very much seen and heard with my migraine issues. I was also reassured by the fact that Ben has trained specifically for migraine piercings which made me feel totally at ease. Piercings look absolutely amazing too! Went to get my septum re-pierced after it came out several months ago ( I had it done by a different shop before). Seem very knowledgeable, professional and was an amazing experience you can tell they’re passionate about the quality of their work and the industry.

When i got to the store I was pretty nervous to have my piercings done as I always am but last time I had my septum piercing in Empress Piercings and had an amazing experience so I decided to come back. My piercer was Georgia who completley exceeded my expectations of this appointment! Georgia was attentive to my needs and worries, talkative and extremely helpful not to mention how precise and quickly my piercings were done! I 100% reccomend Empress Piercings. For my daughter’s birthday, she had her ears pierced. The employee took their time to ensure she felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. Great care was taken to ensure the piercings were symmetrical, and everything was handled very professionally. Ricki was very friendly and put me immediately at ease! He showed me the difference in quality between jewellery and measured the ear piercings I had already had done elsewhere to make sure the ones he did were perfectly placed! Very happy and already can’t wait for my next piercing!

To begin with the shop is amazing!! Not at all intimidating and super clean! I had my nose pierced today with Tia. I’ve had my nose done before however for some reason I was really nervous this time.
