*TOP PERM & SKIN FADE* Took a bit of a chance with a change of style for my hair and honestly I am so happy with the results. Mia conducted herself very well, offered refreshments straight away and took on-board everything I had requested with regards to my hair. While she is in training, I am very confident in her ability to make the experience very comfortable. Chris was very welcoming and explained everything that was going to happen and filled me with a lot of confidence that this is the place to get my hair done. Cant thank them both enough for their amazing work.

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Im new in Coventry and thought i would try V & G hair salon so hubby could have a coffee while he waited. Violet cut my hair i like it short and she did an amazing job so so happy not many people know how i like my hair cut and for my first time she did an amazing job she is such a lovely woman and will definitely be back again.

Erin was fabulous. She did my blow dry and curl exactly as i wanted it . Evan was very polite, courteous and professional. Very hospital offered me a latte made sure that I felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend Erin. Thanks for a fabulous New Year's Eve treatment Will definitely come again

Such a lovely lady who is very talented at what she does & you can really tell she cares about doing a good job. Felt really comfortable and & in safe hands.
