Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I had a great experience at the hair clinic. The staff was very professional and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. I had a very satisfying session again. I went with severe pack pain that even affecting my breathing. With Anastasia’s knowledge and and experience she explained what is causing and after the message I came out with less pain. Her suggestion of after exercises I managed to begin to do my daily life. I highly recommended for people who is suffering long term pain like back pain and specially plantar fasciitis ( which that is why I mainly go to her). Since I have been going Ana I have reduced my pain killers in take 80 pecent.

Had 2 reflexology with reiki sessions with Clare so far. Clare is a very knowledgeable and skilled therapist and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I had a Detox and Drain treatment with Georgia and absolutely loved it. Georgia is an excellent therapist. Friendly but equally professional and so knowledgeable about all things lymphatics! I would highly recommend her x

Following a recommendation, my daughter and I met with Dr Gabs, each for a consultation. Having listened to each of our concerns, she gave advice and suggested options for us to consider: clear information about costs if we wanted to go forward with treatment. My daughter will start her plan next week ( excited about that boost to her current skincare). I also have a better understanding on what I want to prioritise and get started with a plan too.

Great treatment, with a wonderful therapist who gave me lots of useful advice. Will definitely be booking in shsin soon.
