I had a very satisfying session again. I went with severe pack pain that even affecting my breathing. With Anastasia’s knowledge and and experience she explained what is causing and after the message I came out with less pain. Her suggestion of after exercises I managed to begin to do my daily life. I highly recommended for people who is suffering long term pain like back pain and specially plantar fasciitis ( which that is why I mainly go to her). Since I have been going Ana I have reduced my pain killers in take 80 pecent.

I’ve been recommending Anastasia to my friends and family as I’m so pleased with the outcome following my 1st appointment. I was suffering with a tight calf and painful feet. I have seen Anastasia at my daughter's recommendation. I went for plantar fascia and severe back pain and a burning sensation. She is very friendly, kind and understanding. Listens and observes her client and approaches with care and sensitivity. Her friendly approach makes you relax and trust her. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she explains everything very clearly. She doesn’t just give a massage she heals you with her healing hands. Had a Hydrafacial at Sayonara Beauty and honestly I was really impressed with the results. My skin felt deeply cleaned, fresh, and much smoother straight after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and very well done. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. My face looked healthier, more hydrated, and even had a nice glow without looking overdone. Definitely recommend it if you want your skin to look clean, sharp, and well looked after.

I was expecting a simple cleanse but I was wrong it was amazing facial treatment with massage that renovates your energy, the calm music was so evolving that takes you to many places you wish mentally it's so relaxing. I definitely recommend and I will be back soon 🥰👌🏾👌🏾💯💯💯
