Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. Annabel explains everything so well and helped me understand what my recovery would look like depending on the type of surgery I end up having. Another wonderful session with Jess. I slept so well last night after having a little period of 3am wake ups (thanks hormones). I also noticed that despite my wake up call being my boys being less than friendly to each other, I was able to be calm and deal with it with kindness. Jess' treatments are simply wonderful. She is so calm and patient and puts you at complete ease. I always sleep better after my treatments and it's helping other perimenopause symptoms such as brain fog and mood swings. I find I'm more resilient to life's little challenges after my sessions too.
