I recently visited Clare for a reflexology session, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. Clare was so lovely and great at making me feel comfortable. The reflexology was really relaxing and she clearly knows her practice well.

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment at the Luma practice. It felt like a real treat to myself and an investment in me. Better than any meal out or shopping spree! Claire has a lovely way of engaging and setting you at ease. The reiki was really interesting and new for me and I would do this again. I loved the reflexology. I am lucky to have had some great reflexology treatments before and this was exceptional. I would highly recommend Clare.

Dylan is not only kind and friendly. He definitely knows his stuff, anatomically, treatment & rehab wise. He uses modern techniques and equipment and discusses with you what he wants to do. It's not what he is going to do, so it's a collaborative session. Instils trust and takes an interest in you and listens to what your concerns are, which many health care professionals do not. I'd highly recommend Dylan
