Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. I had the spa experience, 3 hours of pure relaxation. This was by far the best massage I have ever experienced, and I have had a lot! The 10 minute breathing exercise at the beginning was perfect to really settle into the session, Sam has such a soothing voice to help you relax. If you’re thinking about going for the spa experience just go for it! I didn’t feel like I was wondering what time it will finish unlike other massages, it flowed the whole 3 hours. AMAZING!

Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.

First time sports massage newbie, Jamie was very professional throughout the entire process of welcome, explanation of what to expect, sports massage itself, and aftercare/self help recommendations. The sports massage was very thorough and relaxing, and I left the session feeling a lot less tense than I had realised I actually was. Would certainly recommend Jamie, and will be returning again.

The ‘Sakura’ luxury head spa treatment was both enjoyable and relaxing. It was really interesting to see the improvement in my scalp health and I left feeling calm, relaxed and clear headed. The treatment room was a calm space with gentle music and lighting. Jade provided a warm welcome and was very knowledgable in explaining the treatment and process. Finished with an apple and elderflower herbal tea. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon

I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a mini facial and scalp massage, and it was honestly the most relaxing experience of my life! The massage was perfectly tailored, just the right amount of pressure to release tension while still feeling relaxing. The mini facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and the scalp massage was pure bliss…so calming that I completely drifted off. Every part of the treatment felt thoughtful and indulgent. I can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for total relaxation and a little escape from everyday stress, this is the place to go.
