Samantha is such an intuitive practitioner who always considers every detail, making the whole experience from start to finish relaxing, empowering, and deeply purposeful. I experienced Reiki energy healing, sound bath healing, and a third eye pressure point facial massage, each one was amazing and realigned me in it's own way. Samantha’s kind and gentle nature, combined with her skill and expertise, made the sessions incredibly special. She is absolutely fabulous at what she does, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. 🪷

I have just had the most incredible luxury facial with hot stones add on at Keel & Calm with Anna, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The treatment took place in the peaceful cabin, tucked away with a gentle water feature just outside. Such a tranquil setting, it felt like I was miles away from the world. Anna, as always, was warm, professional - a true expert at what she does. By the end of the treatment I felt like I had floated away. I left feeling completely relaxed and my skin was glowing. I have been going to Cassie for a few years now, and she's brilliant. She is my go to for all things waxing, facials and eyes (brows and lashes). She's very knowledgeable, able to tweak treatments to your own individual needs. The treatment space is so welcoming and beautifully finished, I always feel very relaxed.

Had a combination treatment today of guided meditation, facial pressure point massage, reiki and sound therapy. What can I say: this was amazing. A really lovely combination and I was so relaxed throughout the treatments. (think I nodded off at some point ). Sam is so accommodating and adjusts the treatments to suit the client. She is beautiful both inside and out. Cannot wait for my next treatment 💕
