This was one of the best experiences I've had at this branch. The ladies welcoming me were lovely and helpful. Able to advise and a good support to the nail techs. My nail tech, Precious, was attentive and friendly. She had wonderful technique that didnt hurt my nails when doing the soak off. She also cut and shaped my nails to perfection, taking her time to ensure my nails were all shaped the same, and got rid of any rough edges. My cuticles were also done with care, in the past I've been cut, but Precious was gentle and attentive

I was very happy with my nail tech and loved my nails, both pedicure and gel nails. She did a fantastic job. However, every colour I chose was out of stock. (More than 6 choices at least) Even white. Ended up having to choose a colour I did not really want, and not the first time this happened. Been going to Boa for years, but this is very disappointing. Would hate to find another salon.

I had an amazing nail appointment with Anesu. Her nail prep was perfect - professionally done and left me feeling like my nails were in the best hands. I went home with the biggest smile on my face. Wow! What a stunning salon. As soon as I walked in I was calm and felt ready to be pampered. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician Amber was an absolute joy, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She also did such a beautiful job on my nails, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and I left so happy with my new set. She is truly a talented beautician. The experience was amazing! The owner responds quickly and was pretty understanding when I ran a few minutes late. I was offered a drink right away, which was a lovely touch. They even accommodated a last-minute hair booking, which I'm very grateful for. The hairdresser worked quickly and my hair came out better than I expected. I also did an acrylic refill and a pedicure, my nails look and feel incredible. I was honestly shocked by how affordable everything was. This is definitely my go-to maintenance place from now on! ✨

my favourite nail tech thus far, she’s the full package. who doesn’t love a nail tech who’s good at her job, cares about meticulous execution & facilitates a good yap session ?! i did the cats eye this time and i honestly wish it was socially acceptable to walk around waving my nails in peoples faces all the time but alas i resort to incessantly asking people to “look at my nails 😁”

I always walk out feeling a million dollars. Even when the Cape Town weather does its best to make you feel the opposite

I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Then, on 7 June, two more nails on the same hand broke and I had to pay again for repairs. I'm very disappointed with the quality and durability of this set. And the fact that the 4th nail is about

I enjoyed every experience at Boa, the swiftness, efficiency, professionalism, except 2 experiences, one rushed appointment cause they forgot to assign a technician only when I asked about my appointment, the job was so rushed, my nails appeared bulky and horrible as time passed.
